Insight Timer (Free)

Insight Timer offers thousands of free mindfulness and meditation exercises, including guided meditations, calming music, sleep support, and a customizable mindfulness timer. You can filter by type, length, or guide to find exactly what you need.

How We Feel (Free)

This app combines emotional check-ins with journaling tools and helpful emotion regulation strategies. It’s designed to help you better understand your feelings, recognize patterns, and build healthier responses.

Safety Plan (Free)

Designed for moments of crisis, the Safety Plan app helps you create a personalized crisis plan that’s always accessible on your phone. We recommend setting it up with your therapist so you’re well-prepared before you need it.
