Therapy Style

I use an integrative model in my work that emphasizes psychodynamic and relational elements, as well as internal family systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure therapy. I believe that this integrative style can help us tailor the approach of therapy to your needs as they evolve over time.

Philosophy

I truly value and enjoy the opportunity to learn about and witness people’s strengths and what helps them to keep going when things feel impossible.
