Therapy Style

In my work, I try to prioritize co-creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. My style of therapy is often trauma-informed and integrative, pulling from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) theories, as well as mindfulness and acceptance (ACT) approaches.

Philosophy

As a therapist, I feel privileged to be a part of my clients' lives and be able to witness the resilience and strength within each person I work with. We all have challenges and struggles that we need help navigating sometimes, and being able to help you through that process is very meaningful to me.
