Philosophy
I believe that physical and mental health are incredibly intertwined, and this philosophy motivates me to take a proactive approach to wellness. Just as we understand the importance of routine health care, we should also prioritize and normalize caring for our psychological needs.
Everyone gets stuck sometimes, and everyone can benefit from learning more about themselves. That is why I strive to empower clients to develop goals, identify potential barriers, and explore strategies to pursue what is most important to them in life.
What I love most about my role is being able to be part of this journey and helping decrease the stigma around mental health needs so that more people feel comfortable seeking support.
