Therapy Style

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential at heart. I believe healing happens in relationship—through being seen, met, and understood over time. Together, we listen closely to how your past lives in the present, how old patterns echo in current relationships, and how meaning is shaped through connection, loss, and choice. Our work is collaborative and deeply relational, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Additionally, I integrate mindfulness, CBT, and DBT as flexible tools to support awareness, regulation, and day-to-day coping, tailoring them to your needs

Philosophy

I view symptoms not as isolated problems to eliminate, but as meaningful responses to lived experience—often rooted in early attachment, chronic misattunement, or ongoing stress. Together, we pay close attention to what emerges in the work, such as patterns of connection, protection, and longing.
