Therapy Style
My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can feel comfortable discussing uncomfortable and scary experiences. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and inner-child work. I try to adapt treatment to your needs, and aim to build a space where lasting growth can take root.
Philosophy
The privilege of witnessing the vulnerability in a space like therapy is not lost on me; it is an honor to watch someone meet their goals and work toward building a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I feel fortunate to be able to be of help along this journey.
