Therapy Style
In my work, I use an ongoing combination of humanistic, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I also pull from cognitive behavioral approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. I use a strengths-based perspective to encourage autonomy, promote deeper exploration, and inspire healing. Throughout modalities and interventions, my goal is for my clients to feel safe and supported.
Philosophy
Philosophy
There are few spaces in this world where people get to be unapologetically themselves, and I value being able to create and hold that space for my clients. In a world where vulnerability is discouraged, I welcome the opportunity to foster an environment where integrity, compassion, and genuine human connection can bloom.
