Therapy Style

I am passionate about integrating neuro-informed care and how the nervous system impacts our experiences and perceptions of the world around us into my approach. I take a holistic approach, integrating somatic work and emphasizing the mind-body connection in our everyday lives. I incorporate CBT and attachment theory into my clinical practice, as well. I value being naturally curious and learning from each of my clients, as I believe we are truly the experts on ourselves.

Philosophy

As someone who has been on the other side of the couch, I know that therapy can be a scary process, and for some there can be many barriers to finding a provider who is a good fit. My therapeutic style is strongly rooted in client empowerment and I feel strongly about creating a non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their feelings and experiences while feeling supported. My hope is that anyone who steps into my therapy space feels that they can be their full authentic self.
