Therapy Style

My approach is integrative and person-centered. Therapy often deals with the very personal and vulnerable things of life, so I prioritize forming a meaningful therapeutic alliance with compassion, non-judgmental listening, and warmth, while incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, psychodynamics, and trauma informed psychotherapy.

Philosophy

I deeply value journeying with others through the highs and lows of life and the (sometimes messy) process in-between. It is a privilege to bear witness to every person’s strength, resilience, and growth that comes from facing challenges.
