Therapy Style
I use a person-centered, psychodynamic approach that integrates CBT and DBT based on each client’s unique needs. I enjoy supporting clients who are searching for meaning, breaking maladaptive patterns, dealing with perfectionism, and healing their relationships with themselves and others.
Philosophy
I provide human-to-human sessions where I show up as a collaborator with the client. My approach is gentle, accepting, and casual, yet direct and I love to use humor as part of the therapeutic relationship.
