Self-care workshops focus on increasing awareness of current individual wellbeing practices, and recognizing the extent to which you are or are not giving yourself enough self-care in order to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This includes sleep, rest, socialization, play, and learning to let go of perfectionism. Oftentimes the missing piece in self-care is giving ourselves the permission to engage in it. Psychoeducation about self-care will be provided, in addition to a number of skills and habits that can be implemented to enhance your self-care routine.
